The location is <1km from the nearest metro station and there is some nice nature around. Particularly good for cycling and birdwatching. Maybe it was a summer offer, but the advanced booking price offered exceptional value.
Nice and practical aparthotel with good facilities. Parking was free and right there at ground floor and even under the building, so you can get shelter for your vehicle. Simple and nice room with all you need.
