Super nice man from Ukraine at the desk when I arrived, it was perfect. The location is good if you specifically want to be in that area, not especially close to the beach. The rooms are nice and the prices are ok compared to competition. The private parking is nice.

Appartment location ideal for my visit to friends in the area, The Appartment was clean and well proportioned. Air conditioning in sitting room and bedroom. Basic kitchen with two ring hob, microwave, sink and washing machine. The Bathroom had excellent shower with great hot and cold water pressure supplied from appartment boiler, sink, toilet and bidet. The sitting room has dining table with four seats. Large sofa, coffee table, TV and wifi. The large balcony has two chairs a table and two sun loungers. Which looks like it would be a great little sun trap in better weather. The grounds looked clean and well looked after.
The access to property via front gate and into appartment was via key pad entry system, once you had the code and knew which keypad to use was excellent. I would definitely use this property again.

Warm, cosy and quiet. Got a good night's sleep. All the necessay facilities were there. Excellent communication with the staff both before and during the visit.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Met and shown around the property on arrival, it had everything needed for a self catering holiday. Excellent air conditioning, lovely pool and the underground car parking was a bonus, especially in the very hot weather.
Location was great, on the actual marina with a nice bar and local shop, and very close to beach front which made evenings out with kids really easy. Staff were really helpful and the property was clean and well stocked for a self catering family holiday. Price point was excellent for the location and I would definitely stay again.

Street view so doesn’t really get any sun. Living area is quite small if you were to have six people staying. There was just 2 of us so it was more than adequate.
The street itself is not at all picturesque. A lot of grafitti. A lot of closed down businesses. Not very pleasant to walk around the area.
In a busy area lots of restaurants and near La Mata beach. As it was self catering the apartment was well stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. Excellent pool area. It was also near the bus stop for access to Torrevieja.
