We have used this hotel many times. This is a great hotel, great facilities, well run, friendly staff and great location opposite the beach and at the bottom of the steps leading up to the town centre. Rooms are a good size, with wi fi, safe, tv with english channels. Nice breakfast, plenty of choice.

Host was excellent. I Turned up late in the middle of the night.
The host talked me through the entry process step by step.
Then he said there's a bottle of wine and some beer in the fridge for you.
He text again in the morning to check we were OK and basically said don't hesitate to contact him if we had any issues. (Which we did not)

Loved the location. Beautiful view over promenade and sea. Close to town and lovely big room with beautiful new bathroom and brilliant air conditioning.
Staff were friendly and everywhere very clean.

Though a wee cleaning cloth and washing up liquid would have been helpful.
The apartment was very spacious, had all the items we required for a self catering week stay. For us, the beds were really comfortable. The location is in a great position, 1min to the beach, 10min stroll to the many bars and restaurants of Calle Butto, 10mins to the Marina, 5mins to all the bars along/off Calle Salvador Allende. The host was great, although his English is not too good, he did contact me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was ok
Rooms spotless, staff very accommodating. Pool area immaculate. All facilities you require in apartments available for a self catering holiday. Beds very.comfortable. the apartments are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, with all restaurants and bars right outside the property. A nice quiet area centrally located
