Location was great. Enjoyed the kitchenette and ability to make some of our meals. Sound isolation of the windows was great given proximity to the street. seldom noticed the traffic outside.

Property had all the facilities we needed and the location was not far from major attractions.
SEISSTA Madrid Centro "Remodelado" is a recently renovated condo hotel in the center of Madrid, a 3-minute walk from Gran Via Station Metro Station and 300 yards from Gran Via.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The property was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I like the concept of a self-catering studio which has communal lounge areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist from Venezuala. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
