Modern, well equipped with some really useful technology. A phone app for grounds access and the room was a great relief from having to remember your key. Fabulous breakfast on the roof terrace with amazing service and the best view ever. Probably the best location of any accommodation on the island.

Everything was brilliant. Staff, accommodation, facilities and location. If you go anywhere with an open mind, you will have a great holiday. If you have preconceived ideas prepare to be disappointed . It is not 5 star accommodation but it is excellent value for money.

If you are looking for a brilliant kids pool then you've come to the right place. Kids were happy out in pool all day & they loved Rita in the kids club from 11am-1pm each day. Quiet in the evenings, we did self catering for breakfast & lunch & then walked down to the Plaza for dinner in a choice of restaurants. Very relaxing break . Our kids are 7& 8. Ideal for that age group.
Very good position in San Agustin, about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nicely appointed. Very clean. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious on the ground floor with a balcony area and an area at the front with sun beds.
Good self catering facilities - onen grill 2 hot plates, kettle, toaster, pots pans etc. , fridge freezer etc.Good WiFi in lounge, Tv with English channels. Good hot water. Shops restaurants a few minutes walk away. Friendly service. Nice small pool with sun beds.
we were booked into hotel with sea view::but there was a problem on the floor we were allocated. we were moved to a self catering bungalow and by way of compensation were given a spa voucher and dinner in hotel every night. so well done Orquidea and thank you.
It is amazing aparthotel with home comfort! There was big kitchen with all need equipment, big fridge - it was very important for us)), enough big bedroom. Big balcony with clothes dryer and furniture. Nice pool and kids pool with enough warm water.
On the - 1 floor supermarket where was all necessary. Very friendly staff and good quality cleaning.
I liked the peaceful location but don't go self catering as all the restaurants are 20 Min drive away . This is definitely for all inclusive or half board guests.
I like how close it was to transfer from airport .

As I was self catering could of done with a oven in the room but there was microwave and a 2 burner hob.
