Surpassed expectations and really couldn’t believe it was only a three star hotel as better than some much higher rated hotels we’ve stayed in. We were given an upgrade on arrival with a beautiful view over the fantastic pool area. Breakfast and lunch were fabulous and all staff in the hotel so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Lovely staff, great food, very clean, stylish decor. Comfy accommodation. The staff work hard and they are very polite and helpful. We loved it here. Great for families as there are 2 large pools and it didn't feel overcrowded. The beach is a minute away. Easy to get to Ciutadella and other areas if you want to escape the resort. Very relaxing place to stay. We loved walking along the coastline to Son Xoriguer after dinner (bring some good walking shoes for the rocks).
