Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Unit is an eco-shed in the back of a garden in a rural setting. Very well maintained and spotless on arrival. Unit is self-catering with almost all facilities you need. Owner was very amenable to delayed arrival. The lady that greeted me was very helpful in replacing the gas tank.
Very clean modern apartment. It had everything you needed for self catering. The landlord was very friendly and acomidating. We liked the roof terrace.
There was everything needed to be truly self-catering, with supermarkets within 6 mins walk of the house. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the added bonus of the roof terrace was much appreciated. My family travelled the island using the bus service, which worked really well, but there was a 30 minute walk to the bus station from Casa Paty, which would not suit everyone. But, for anyone with a hire car this property is excellently located for the main routes north or south.
