I recently returned from a delightful stay at the Grupotel Port D'Alcudia in Mallorca, and I can't recommend it enough!
The hotel, while not brand new, is exceptionally well-maintained. The common areas and rooms were kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The facilities, including the pool area, were perfect for relaxation.
One of the standout features of my experience was the friendly staff. The team went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable.
The breakfast was another highlight - an extensive and delicious spread with a variety of options to suit all tastes.
The location is also fantastic, with plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and bars nearby. This made it easy to explore local dining options or grab essentials without any hassle.
Lastly, the hotel’s proximity to the beach line is unbeatable. Just a short walk away, I enjoyed easy access to beautiful sandy shores, ideal for relaxing or enjoying water activities.

It was great that the check out was at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, therefore we could spent more time on the beach, as we had the flight in the evening)
You have 2 options for the sunbeds:
the sunbeds on the beach - you have to pay for them
thw sunbeds on the grass, right near the beach - for free.
The swimming pool - it was great to have it. It was cleaned every morning.
The rooms are cleaned everyday. (new towels, new bed linen) the bathroom is very large.

The room was well designed and has all equipment you need for a short self-catering stay. I like the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.
Not much - But a vibrant and lively place for families with young children or teenager summer school holidays.
It was clean. And value for the all inclusive charge was good, (but better to be as self-catering as possible). Supermarkets close by.
It tried to be environmentally friendly - (by hiding its cheapness with set days for changing sheets/towels, and use of paper/reusable plastic cups for every drink (except morning coffee in buffet)
This hotel does not give it self the credit it deserves! absolutely amazing rooms, nicely decorated, modern and extremely clean (the toilet had been sterilised for each new person!!).
The location is amazing with plenty of bars and restaurants if you chose self catering. there is plenty to do for the kids at the hotel, from go karting to a mini funfair.

Lovely bright room with everything you would need for a self catering break. Well supplied kitchen with hob, microwave etc and tea towel and cleaning supplies. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space. Nice little balcony too. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 and it more than met my needs. Only 250m from bike racking and the hotel has a secure bike storage room
Perfect location with direct access to the 14km long soft sand beach. Quiet area with choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Public transport also available within a few 100 metres. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessities for self-catering. Small pool also on site with sun beds.Miguel on hand to assist with any queries. Staff very friendly and complex kept spotlessly clean.
