It's the small touches that make a place memorable, and Apartmentos Centro Oviedo know just how to do that. When some similar holiday rental places leave you with nothing at all (not even basic stuff) the team behind those lovely apartments in Oviedo make sure you have those basics things. I was only staying for one night, but to have coffee and some muffins ready for the following morning was a really nice surprise. And a big bottle of water in the fridge too!
The apartment was super clean and really comfortable.
You are in a very central location, I did not drive but the team gives you advice on where to park if you needed it.
Entry to the apartment is incredibly simple and really efficient, and the team keeps you updated on anything you might need to be aware of.

A beautiful little apartment, right in the middle of the main town area and an easy 10 minute walk from the bus station.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, access is easy and very secure. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. It's set up for basic cooking, with a fridge, microwave, hotplate and utensils. Coffee, milk and cakes are generously provided.

The apartament is outside city center, but in a walking distance. It is well equipped, clean and cozy. A great advantage is the private parking, as parking places in Aviles are not easy to find.

Loved the location- center of everything, though one must recognize can get a bit noisy. Loved the space and ability to spread out. Bed super comfy.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Clean and cozy apartment. Equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. We enjoyed the view to the empty lot in front of the balcony. There were the occasional chickens and cats roaming around. Nice view to have while enjoying a meal in the terrace. :)
Also, heat was not an issue. But then again during our stay it never went over 30.
Host was super helpful. We had a problem with our car and he arranged for a mechanic to look at it on a Friday afternoon and the problem was fixed.
Comfortable room and clean bathroom.

The Minymas supermarket in the adjacent building was good for buying supplies for self-catering.
