Good location and pool was nice with decent sun loungers. Bed was really comfortable, slept great. Bathroom fairly modern with nice shower.

Location was perfect and pool area right on your doorstep , which was also very quiet , apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday
Absolutely lovely stay, apartment dated but immaculate with everything we needed for self catering. Beds so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for Rosa and her husband. Perfect location.
Beautiful location on top of the hill overlooking the bay of Amadores, from here you can walk or drive to both Amadores or Puerto Rico. The Europa shopping Centre is a short walk away, and also a few local bars and Restaurants.
The apartment itself fairly well equipped for self catering, and has comfy furniture.
Pool was excellent, cleaned daily.
Rooms are clean and the housekeeping is doing a great job.
Antonio, the person in charge is very friendly and can help you with any issues. He is taking care of the place very professionally.
Supermarket across the street. Beach is 6 minutes walking distance. The shopping and food area 7 minutes walk. Bus stop is 1 minute away having connection with major beaches around and further away towards airport.
Lovely place, highly recommended if you do not want to pay the high extra for a hotel service.
Niza is self catering in ideal location,a short walk to beach in one direction or commercial centre in the other,with plenty of good restaurants and bars in each (no hills involved)
We were self catering. I used the long handled brush to brush the floor and carpet. I wonder if a small vacuum cleaner would be better..?
When we asked for things, the host very kindly brought things and installed an aeriel for TV.
