Staff were so friendly as always. Joanna / Ionna at the pool was extra special and she spent so much time caring for people around the pool, especially the elderly, which included my Dad. Pool Bar food was exceptional as was the little supermarket on site. We were a bit disappointed with the dinner in the Club House, not as good as previous years.

The apartments were clean on arrival and had the essentials for a self catering hotel (although some things such as an oven were lacking). The apartment was spacious with air conditioning and plenty of sockets. One of the biggest plus points was the pool area with many sun-beds and parasols, which meant that even though we were in peak season we never had to go in search of sun-beds or have the worry of people rushing to throw towels on sun-beds to reserve them. The hotel is located in quiet area of Palm-mar about 15 mins drive from the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos. It has plenty of good restaurants nearby, small supermarkets and a beach (although rocky so not great for swimming etc). A car is definitely recommended not only to see the island but you would feel quite isolated if you are staying at the hotel for any length of time.
It was nice to have the table tennis, mini golf and gym however as they were not undercover they were absolutely boiling and the gym was pretty much unusable from about midday due to the heat in August. Perhaps putting them under a cover would make the far more usable!
As a family we made good use of facilities, which did enhance our stay at the hotel apartments.

Very nice self catering apartments, great for a family stay for all ages. The pool was great, with a large shallow and deep end, meaning it was not overly crowded given the size of the complex. There was a great pool side bar and restaurant, and the property is within walking distance of restaurants and bars in Los Cristianos. The penthouse apartment was very spacious and modern, with amazing balconies and ocean views.
Lovely quiet clean apartment with sea view and great Wi-Fi only a short walk to beach and shops. We were self catering so the supermarket just down the road was very handy for essentials and value for money. Loads of restaurants and eateries.
Has everything you need. My studio had everything you need for self catering and the restaurant was reasonable priced if you don't want to cook. Shop on site make it convenient for all the basics.
