This is our first time staying in Puerto Rico. We did not realize how steep the hills can be in this town. In this context, the hotel location is considerably very good, with only short walk uphill from the city center area and the bus terminal. The distance to the market area and the shopping mall is also relatively short. We liked the room which was located on the 4th floor and facing the pool. The facility on the room is good and well maintained. Room cleaning is very good, although we had to ask the reception for room cleaning our our third day since they didn't clean our room the day before. Quality of cleaning work is excellent. The swimming pool area is nice and clean. There is a small grocery shop inside the hotel which make it convenient.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The apartment was clean and very spacious and provided everything needed in a self catering facility, the complex was clean and had a community feel about it. We felt safe in the complex and the facilities such as the pool were easily accessible and clean. There is an onsite shop which is very useful as there is not one close and there are bus routes just outside.
Beautiful hotel and self catering apartment. Apartment fully equiped with all you could need including dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledryer. Particularly liked the fact that washing machine and dishwasher tablets were provided daily. The bathroom and shower were beautiful and the shampoo/soap was out of this world! Beach club was amazing and the views from the infinity pool of the surfers kept us entertained. We loved the village and resturants. Sunset was lovely!
Brilliant location. Everything was close by and felt very safe. No need to worry about cars driving around.
