We loved the view and the vibe. It was winter, but we still enjoyed the rooftop hottub. The patio provided a warm wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes and even had a dishwasher!

The view from the apartment was excellent. We witnessed some beautiful sunrises from the very convenience of our balcony. Cleanliness was remarkable and the apartment looked very new and freshly renovated. The receptionist was very helpful and made some good suggestions about the places we could visit in Ibiza. The hotel has many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

This was a last minute booking due to an error with another hotel but they accommodated us very well considering. We had 2 apartments next door to each other as requested and the pool area was lovely.

Lovely hotel - quiet when it needed to be but a nice buzz around the pool. Food was great. Beds were comfy, room a good size and nice balcony.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
An excellent serviced apartment, perfect for families, with beach access, stunning views, a lively promenade, and of course, walking distance to the hustle-and-bustle of Ibiza Town itself. Good to know that there is a paid parking lot at the end of the street (maybe 5 minutes walking distance)
Clean and modern, friendly staff, pool was lovely with a great poolside playlist. The self catering amenities are great - well stocked kitchenette. Beds were comfy, bathroom was modern with a great shower. Good value for money for Ibiza! 8/10 mins in taxi to the Old Town or 20/25 min walk. Close to Hï and Ushuaia etc (15 min taxi or so). Super close to Figuretes beach. 5 min walk to supermarket. A quiet enough area to recover and chill but not too far from the action either.
I found everything that I was looking for in these aparthotels. Location, size, equipment and cleanliness were perfect, everything worked properly, also the fact that the reception is open 24/7.

Location was ideal for the beach front and local supermarket. Apartment was ideal for someone wanting self catering. And literally a 20/30minute walk to Ibiza town (depending on route). And a 15 minute walk to Bossa along the beach.
Apartment was good size for 2/3 people. Recently refurbished and decorated. Very clean throughout. Very adaquate facilities for a self catering holiday. Good sized balcony with side sea views. Complex had good size and clean swimming pool with lifeguard. Easy access to beach and the bars and restaurants. 10 to 15 minute walk to Ibiza Town.
