No breakfast included. Location pretty good as quite near a handful of restaurants although not all open as I guess it’s still early in the season. Perhaps in the apartment a small guide/suggestions for local eating outlets nearby would be very useful.

Every other day the bath towels were changed. It would have been awesome if at least once the same would be done for the bedlinen, but OK. It was fairly quiet at all times, even during the night of the 31st Dec. The rooms are spacious. Warm airco unit proved sufficient in winter. Location was handy for us as we had to be in both Javea and Calpe.
Aparto Residence Galetamar is a 2-minute walk from the beach in Calpe’s La Calalga Bay. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with a private terrace with sea views.
Hotel Playa Oliva is 5 minutes’ walk from Oliva Beach and Marina, and 3 km from the centre of Oliva. The hotel offers a sailing school, tennis court and sun terrace.

It’s value for money as last minute booked for just 1 night
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
An overall OK apartment hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood 5 min drive from beautiful Denia, with nice apartments surrounding a decent-sized pool and bar/restaurant. Not at all crowded when we were visiting (late July).
My wife and I prefer the ‘home from home’ self-catering holiday stays. This property more than met that requirement. It was within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) of both the town centre and, when required, the beaches and tourist areas - whilst situating itself among a clean and friendly suburb. We are very keen to return in the future.
A pristine apartment containing everything for either short or longer self catering stay for 4 people or less. Free parking areas below the apartments. A high class restaurant is next door and town a short walk.
Everything you could possibly need for the choice of self catering or not. The main pool was closed for maintenance but that was well publicised before our arrival and the spa was very good so no problem for this time of year.

Location is just amazing, with a view of the sea from the rooftop, and Denia castle behind you. Shops, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, els magazinos, all within minutes of the house. The most authentic Spanish place I have ever stayed at, and incredible value for money too. Everything you need for a self catering break including shampoo, shower gel, Kitchen roll, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar. MAin bedroom bed is extremely comfortable, and you are right in the middle of a beautiful old town Denia street.
