It was very quiet, clean and friendly. The staff were just lovely. Helen and Ross were the two we had most interaction with but the others were also just as lovely. We wanted a peaceful break with not having had a proper chill holiday since 2010 and this vacation gave us what we needed. The location was quiet - perfect for us to do nothing but a 15 minute wander into Cala’n Bosch and you had a small sandy beach, the harbour and were surrounded by restaurants. Buses into Ciutadella and other towns were reasonably priced and frequent. We had a lovely relaxing time.

The location was perfect. A quick hop to the beach. Very crowded beach, but it's there while the kids can be in the pool. The service was impeccable.

I liked the proximity to the beach and to the restaurants.
I appreciated that there was cleaning service every day, and that when we had the do not disturb sign to our door they were calling to check if we want the cleaning in the evening.
Breakfast was ok, maybe less salt/sugar in the ommlet or waffles would be better.
We also received a little package at our departure which was nice.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
We were self catering and collected the keys from the main hotel reception a couple of roads away from the apartments. It’s a very nice and quiet spot. The apartment was clean and all facilities in place. Great pool, again, nice and clean. The groundsman kept the garden area, pool very tidy and neat.
Towels are changed every couple of days. Staff very pleasant and friendly.
We loved our stay in this apartment hotel.

We had a very spacious two bedroom apartment with a view on the smaller pool.
The location is really good, just 12’ walk from the main square of Ciutadella, before entering the old town.
It is very close to the sea and on the bigger pool you can enjoy this view as well.
The villa has great outdoor space, with a fantastic bbq area and the pool is a great size, cleaned every other day. Sun pretty much all day in the garden too. Plenty of space inside with great facilities for self catering. The hosts of the property were very helpful.
We arrived at our Aparthotel a little early but staff were very helpful and gave us all we needed to sit at the pool whilst waiting on our room. Our room was amazing and with great views. We were upgraded without even asking, so thankyou for that 😀 The apartment was fantastic with everything we needed. Our final 3 days in Cituadella was fantastic which made our flight cancellation that little bit easier. Staff were professional and very pleasant. I will definately be returning to this place. Fabulous 👍🥂
