It was very quiet, clean and friendly. The staff were just lovely. Helen and Ross were the two we had most interaction with but the others were also just as lovely. We wanted a peaceful break with not having had a proper chill holiday since 2010 and this vacation gave us what we needed. The location was quiet - perfect for us to do nothing but a 15 minute wander into Cala’n Bosch and you had a small sandy beach, the harbour and were surrounded by restaurants. Buses into Ciutadella and other towns were reasonably priced and frequent. We had a lovely relaxing time.

The location was perfect. A quick hop to the beach. Very crowded beach, but it's there while the kids can be in the pool. The service was impeccable.

I liked the proximity to the beach and to the restaurants.
I appreciated that there was cleaning service every day, and that when we had the do not disturb sign to our door they were calling to check if we want the cleaning in the evening.
Breakfast was ok, maybe less salt/sugar in the ommlet or waffles would be better.
We also received a little package at our departure which was nice.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Nice rooms basic, but very clean. Lovely pool and and the bar area was nice too and not expensive. We were self catering and could of done with a few more utensils. Towels were changed every 2 or 3 days which was great.
I loved how close this aparthotel was to the lovely local town. Supermarket straight outside. Very family orientated. Amazing use of pools having so many across the site and for everyone to use was fantastic. With ample shade also. Beds were so comfortable. Snack pool bar so affordable and really nice food. It's fantastic for giving you that communal feeling and connecting as part of a hotel but also the ability to be self catering in your rooms.
