The location was great, we were going to stay in Bilbao only one night, we are glad we changed it to two nights. The room was very nice, comfortable, even though it was two bedrooms, it really was best for one couple. The rooftop area was very nice! MichaelAngelo at the front desk was fantastic, he was very helpful, providing us with a map and ideas where to go and what to do.

Great location and the host was super helpful. The directions for getting into the property were easy to follow. AC worked great. (It was a lot hotter than expected). When I asked for recommendations for restaurants and things to see/do, Joseba responded quickly with a large amount of choices.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.

Mark was very helpful as we had problems finding the apartment … Google maps didn’t realise that roads were closed due to a festival taking place and Mark had to come and find us.
