Thanks to Esra, Yusuf and the owner with the Bird Parott, Egypt is one of my favourite places to travel to and this trip solidified my feeling yet again. I travelled for 3 nights for my birthday and in that time, the hotel was swift, professional and courteous to assist with me arranging a tour of the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids. The hotel is located in GIZA which is another city bordered with Cairo, and is directly in front of the Pyramids (a 2min walk through the entrance). Replete with gorgeous balcony views, the Egyptian culture is elite. Full of love, kindness and people always wanting to help you. The hotel was extra special as on my last night before leaving, they brought me up to the balcony in front of the Pyramids and surprised me with a Birthday cake, some music and lots of love. When I return to Cairo, this is my place to stay as I have found my overseas family, Thanks to Esra for taking me along to the Perfurmery of her recommendation-I love the Oil-based perfume! Very well renovated hotel recently, the room and common areas are very clean and mattress are comfortable.
Staff on site is smiling, friendly and always available if needed (also by phone), they speak English well.
Good breakfast served with a smile in the cafeteria, quiet and clean. You can also buy cold and hot drinks at good prices.
Always hot water for a shower, with shower gel and shampoo available.
Hotel very well located, in the heart of Downtown, if we come back to Cairo it will be here without hesitation.
