They show a picture at the advertising they have a private parking space , which it’s not true, they share with other establishments , it’s like a plaza, no elevator, second floor and the zone, have people hanging out outside, we didn’t stay and I couldn’t get a refund back, I just wasted $ 100.00 dollars. 😤

The location was perfect, close to El Conde in Zona Colonial and perfect for a night stay. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. TV worked and great to have a refrigerator in the room.

This is my second time at Brickell Aparthotel. It's close to 2 malls and it's just a few minutes walking distance to la Sirena supermarket.The building is beautiful and clean. The staff is a perfect 10
I must say this is a great Hotel to stay at , the staff is great.
From the reception with Mercedes to the restaurant, they are all nice people.

Location was good.. The Apartment Hotel was clean and well managed For a sea view you need to be on the 5 or 6th floor . The owner has the 7th floor and is on site . The staff were delightful.
The seaview ( Rm 502) has x1 bedroom & overlooks the sitting and lounging area adjacent to the pool of the Crowne Plaza Hotel before the sea which was okay. Lots of restaurants close by and used by the locals
The boardwalk is 7-8 Km long and wheelchair friendly. They are slowly gentrifying the Colonial area and making it mobility friendly
Had been staying in this Apart Hotel before, since it was quite OK in relation to Price - Offer. The offer has not changed at all, same facility, same layout, same restaurant….. but the price have now increased to a level which cannot any longer be justified. Unfortunately, an issue in most hotels all over town. Still the US$ 110 for per night or US$ 6,20 for a beer, in Santo Domingo is too much!
