This is an apartment hotel located in a gated community close to the beach, and is actually called 'Las Terrazas'. The area is safe, but the standard dates back a few years. The apartments have the basics of what you need, and the garden and swimming pool is quite nice. The place has a good deal with the closest beach bar with free sunbeds if you buy a couple of drinks. Some pubs and restaurants are nearby and offer ok food and drinks.
