I booked the Penthouse, because its the PENTHOUSE and I stay there MANY times per yr. for the last couple years. Elevator opens DIRECTLY INTO YOUR SUITE (I LOVED THAT). The view is..."YES". Anna at the front desk is Always smiling and pleasant, I look fwd. to seeing here every time I arrive. Location is away from the noise (3min. drive to beach) but close to nice restaurants (there is new construction next door Vista 2). Pool clean nice size, workout area...24hr security and Clean.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The location: it's right on the beach and across the street of a very good pizza restaurant. A good colmado is within a 2-minute walk from the aparthotel as are a couple of other restaurants and a pharmacy.
