This was a pretty good apartament.
It's not a hotel, so no personnel, no breakfast, but normal kitchen, good equipment, comfortable place with bedroom and kitchen/living room.
I like this style of the minimalistic modern design.
Center of the city, 15 min from the beach, central part with the shops, cafes in 2 steps.
For the week or two it's much better than the hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff (Hallo, Frau Hansen!), convenient location (short walk to the bus stop, beach, harbor, grocery, etc), well-equipped kitchen, free spa access including towels and bathrobes, indoor pool open 24/7, comfortable beds with extra pillows, spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, fast wifi, sunny balcony.
