The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is comfortable and quiet.

I did not like anything about this property. They take your money just after the free cancellation period runs out, then will not refund a cent, even when the description given on Booking.com is highly misleading and dishonest. As a result I was unable to stay and did not get a refund.

It was a spacious apartment with plenty of room for all 4 of us. It had a beautiful outlook from the balcony. It was in a great location - 20mins walk to skizentrum, 10mins walk to bus. Pfronten is a beautiful town and not as busy as Fussen. Host was great.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Ingrid was charming. We have stayed in lots of self catering flats on our travels and Alpenrose has to be one of the best, everything immaculate, well thought out and comfortable. It's in a great location for Bavarian history with access to cable cars to the mountain tops. Lots of walking, cycling, cross country skiing from the door. The town has lots of restaurants too. It's also good value for money.
