The hotel is very quiet, clean and modern and the service is excellent. It is situated near the Zoo/Tiergarten and is a 15-20 minute walk away from the central station and the city center. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, warm and clean. We especially liked the dining room, which is airy, comfortable and feels close to nature. The murals are beautiful and very unique. The staff is professional and makes you feel welcome. I would strongly recommend this hotel to couples or families for a short trip to Karlsruhe or in the region.

The apartment was ok, the kitchen was well equipped.
The Wi-Fi was ok and after a couple of hours it got disconnected, and you needed to log in again.
The first days I stayed there there was a super annoying noise ALL weekend long, nobody answered the phone and dis something about that until Monday. Was no able to sleep for 2 days.
Regardless of that everything else was ok.
I will stay again there if needed.
