The owner was fantastic. The apartment was great. Wonderful location. We were so glad to see Regensburg. The whole process was smooth. We came in late afternoon (early evening) and the owner (Alwin) initially was going to hand the key over to us but because it was Euro Cup, we ended up picking up the keys from the Italian restaurant around the corner (10 second walk). The room was spacious, with kitchen, 1.5 baths, a living room and one bedroom. Our kids had the living room and the beds were already made up for us. There was a coffee maker (a necessity for our vacation). Had great pizza from the Italian restaurant while we watched the Euro Cup. Parking was free at am Winterhafen but because of Euro Cup, it was PACKED. We drove around and around looking for an empty, legal spot. Glad we were patient because when we went the next day to get the car, the police were there ticketing cars not parked in a legal spot.

This was my 4th time at Greenleaf. I like to come here, because there is enough room for my dog to be walked right next to the hotel.
They are very welcoming towards humans and pets :)
Now the facility is getting even more comfy with opening their own restaurant, which is perfect when you arrive tired from a long day drive. No need to look for where to have a meal, they accept most cards, which is also a bonus point in this area i experienced otherwise.

Very independent and uncomplicated apartment. Check in was easy and straightforward, bright comfortable room, and a safe room to store our bicycles. Two grocery stores within walking distance, decent kitchen to cook, free coffee. For one night for tired touring cyclists, we couldn‘t ask for anything more.

It is an excellent option. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with a kitchenette and parking place. If you need anything they are there to help.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Lovely peaceful location only a few minutes walk from the Danube. Room was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have a little kitchenette for self-catering. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Location perfect for me as I did not want to be in the centre of the city but shops are nearby. Newly furbished kitchen and with other guests tidying up after themselves too,it was pleasant to do the self-catering. Comfy bed and friendly staff who remembered me from a previous stay.
Nothing much actually! Even though it is name as apartment hotel it is not recommended for long stays! And you need to pay an additional 5 EUR per night to be able to use the small kitchenette!
A lot of attention to details (child bed, room temperature for infant,...). Was travelling with infant and we were excited by the hotel services and awesome breakfast (fresh bread and pastry from bakery,...)
During our stay in the hotel we appreciated location of the hotel - walking distance to everywhere, spacious room with nice view, large beds, perfect And kind hotel service
