The apartment was ok, the kitchen was well equipped.
The Wi-Fi was ok and after a couple of hours it got disconnected, and you needed to log in again.
The first days I stayed there there was a super annoying noise ALL weekend long, nobody answered the phone and dis something about that until Monday. Was no able to sleep for 2 days.
Regardless of that everything else was ok.
I will stay again there if needed.

The support from their telephone number was reachable all the time and helpful. I seriously dont understand why people rated this place poorly. Its probably the most price efficient place in Karlsruhe.

Basic but clean with decent self catering facilities and shower. The location was great. Easy walking distance from town and a good base to explore the Black Forest from. Secure off road parking.
It's a self catering flat, but coffee was provided, and kitchen equipment was of good quality. The furniture is of decent quality and, arrranged in a tasteful manner.
It's very well connected to public transport. The centre of town is in walking distance. It's right next door to the Staatstheater, for evening leasure. I traveled alone but the place is good for a couple.
This was another great place to stay on our road trip. Loads of safe parking. Shops nearby. Good communication from the host, who was ready and waiting. A very easy and pleasant stay. The self catering facilities were great.
