The location. The decoration, the room and the layout, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding very nice quality, the fact that there's a roof terrace plus a cosy library, the kitchen with so many things available, the staff are excellent 😀 we couldn't remember ever staying anywhere better for a City trip.
