On the middle of the night they said we have no room and I had very bad memories from that night I slept in the car all night it was very cold and I spent 40 euros on fuel

This is a boarding house - as the name says - close to the ferry terminal in walking distance to station and city, if you are used to walking. Probably there is also a bus but I did not check, Very nice and welcoming rooms with kitchen. No staff in the evening or early morning (at least at the weekend when I have been there). You get keys from a box with pin. This is well organized. Distance to Borkum ferry less than 15 minutes walk.
