The location was perfectly in the center of the city. Close to the Hauptbahnhof and many restaurants. It was also very convenient to have nearby supermarkets. The nearest Rewe was only a 4 minute walk away.

I did not meet the personal, I could do the check-in remotely. But there is a phone number you can call 24/7 and they were very helpful.
The apartment was well equipped and clean, but the environment is a bit loud, given that many clubs and concerthalls are nearby.

The location was excellent - just meters away from the river walk, restaurants, shops, etc. The Köln Dom (Cathedral) was about half a km away. The apartment was on the ground floor one street behind the buildings you see in the pictures, which was perfect - nice and quiet. Despite being there during a heat wave, the apartment was cool (no AC, just naturally cool due to the architecture).
The hosts were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious!

These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
This was an excellent Aparthotel. Everything we needed. Very nice decor and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Great location for walking to the train station and getting about in the car.
We booked two self catering apartments. 2 different dates. The 1st night it wasn't actually an apartment - no kettle, nothing. Real shame late at night when you want a cup of tea!! 2nd date was much better - an actual apartment.
