Really fabulous apartment in central Baden-Baden which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Check-in was at the nearby hotel and all instructions for arrival were provided in advance. Would highly recommend.

The welcome, the hospitality of the host, good comfortable beds, kitchen equipment (good oven etc.), hygiene, balcony, good hot shower, bathroom lighting, Christmas decorations, close to supermarket (5 minutes by car), bakery nearby, Italian restaurant with delicious Tiramisu is on walking distance, the host gave us great tips for walks (waterfalls) and beautiful villages (half-timbered houses) in the area, a water bottle upon arrival, the delicious breakfast, the beautiful illuminated 1000 star walk that takes place from November 27 to January 6, with Breitmattstub as one of the nicest places to rest and enjoy a delicious hot Christmas drink. From the mountain the fireworks in the 2 valleys were spectacular (this was about a half-hour walk).

It was beautiful location clean and spacious easily accessible from Achern train station on bus and very easy checkin. Host was super responsive and helped us when we booked last minute and needed to find way from train station. The little town was lovely next to river with nice pubs and restaurants 5 minute walk away.

I choose the apartment because was close to the station. But I felt unsafe in the area and inside the apartment.
Someone was knowing at my door, later on a drunk couple was talking and laughing until 3.00 am, I couldn't call anyone because the hotel service is only available until 8.00 pm.
I couldn't sleep.
It was definitely a big mistake to stay at this apartment, Was a better idea to choose the city center instead.

Apartment 3 had a washing machine which was great ;but kitchen was very poorly equipped if you were thinking of self catering
The location, near to Baden Baden but in a quiet village, and on the Panoramaweg hiking trail, is fantastic. Near to Geroldsauer Waterfall and Mill. The beautiful, modern apartment is equipped with EVERYTHING you could ever need for a relaxing self-catering stay, even new toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Big terrace and great garden that my dog loved too. And, a week before Christmas - Eunice had put a Christmas tree in the apartment - just simply wonderful!
