Everything was per great except (see below). The room was HUGE, clean, modern, with an enormous bathroom. The hotel looks newly built and very comfortable. The breakfast - delicious, BUT:
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The location would not be better than this hotel. All the sightseeing and restuarants are in 10-20 min walk range and the neighboring public park is gorgous The hotel service is excellent and the room is super clean and quite.
The apartment came with a self-catering cooktop and fridge - we made our own breakfasts. There's a large Billa nearby, but we generally shopped in town. The location was conveniently near a tram stop with two lines serving it (Pionyrska). It was easy to get to the Old Town (about 17 minutes by tram) and the tram stop was easily reached by a short walk from the apartment.
A modern, well maintained facility. I was allocated a double room that provided ample space for my needs. The room was clean and well equipped for a measure of self catering. The hotel breakfast room was impressively equipped and an excellent range was provided for breakfast plus any additional meal preparation guests would wish to use at other times. The receptionist was very helpful.
A well run accommodation with plenty of self catering facilities that is reasonably close to the railway and bus stations with a large Kaufland supermarket nearby.
