So peaceful and beautifully refurbished. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee. The pool is also very welcoming. Taking a stroll around outside was the best part - such and abundance of fruit trees and flowers in the streets, it is really so good for the soul.

I loved staying in the self-contained studio on the rooftop of the building. It felt intimate. I also had the whole rooftop to myself, so I had total privacy. Being at the top also meant I had a good view of the sea and the mountains (and lightning and rainbows!).

The studio was a prefabricated container, so I could feel and listen to the rain and the wind in a way that I wouldn't have had I stayed in an apartment.

I appreciated the wine, snacks, coffee, tea, milk and sugar that were left for me on the studio table as a welcome, as well as the bottled water in the fridge. There was also a large bowl of lovely tangerines left for me on the table which I really appreciated. It lasted me some days.

I had everything I needed in the studio. It was also clean. Small space but everything had been thought of and everything fit.

The host is friendly with a kind and gentle demeanour.

I'm so grateful (and blessed) that this place was home for three weeks. I was at peace here. Pure solitude. (The sea was also a stone's throw away and I could hear it every day.)

Loved the location which was very convenient. We were attending some training nearby and could pop to the supermarket (amazing!) and back to the room for lunch break. It was very comfortable, with everything we required. Beds were excellent, because I love a film mattress. We had a corner apartment with two bedrooms and great views on the second floor.
The restaurant was also convenient and we noticed many people dining there, but I only had one meal myself. It was a huge serving of traditional fare for a reasonable price.
If you need a cheap place to stay I fully recommend staying here.

This place is simply a heaven on Earth. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and even asked to stay a week more. Very quiet and very well kept and taken care of family-run apart hotel. I had everything I'd ever need for a long-term stay — cooking facilities, heater and lots of cats for psychotherapy 😁 The owners are very kind and caring. My apartment (as well as all others) had gorgeous views on both sides. I only wish I could come one day again!
The house is 100 years old with beautiful original features but all mod cons. The property is tastefully presented and well equipped for self catering. Katie our host was exceptionally helpful, walking us round Polis to familiarise ourselves with Supermarkets and restaurants. The property is 5 minutes walk from the old town of Polis with a good choice of restaurants, coffee houses and bars. Its 15 minutes to the beach and a 40 minute walk to the next village Latchie, on a flat concrete path.
Kim was very helpful, and was always ready with any information we needed during our stay. The house has every thing you could want for a self catering holiday. Excellent WiFi. A nice clean pool, bit cold in November though. The house is in a really quiet area, nice and peaceful. Altogether we had a really good stay and would highly recommend the property.

this is a decent sized little self catering apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the sea - beach is just across the road. Laatchi harbour and lots of restaurants nearby. Simple, basic apartment offering good value for money. Road was quiet but we were there in April, so off peak.
