These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
We initially could not find the location, The booking.com app took us further up the road. The owner met us and took us to the apartment which was about 200m closer to the centre of town by some cross roads. The facilities offered were fantastic, Great for self catering with everything you could require. The owner had left welcoming coffee and milk to use. The apartment would be excellent for an extended stay whether for work or leisure with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

I recently stayed at the Imperial service apartments in Nicosia and was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, offering convenience without sacrificing tranquility. The self-check-in process was seamless, providing a hassle-free start to my stay. The staff, though friendly, respected privacy. The brand new style of the apartments added a modern touch, complementing the overall positive experience. The welcoming owner Mr Costa took time to show me on a map where i needed to go. Self-catering breakfast was handy and well-furbished. The room was very clean.
The apartment is large and is decorated in a eccentric style - industrial chic, which I particularly liked. Not the usual average standard, with no personality. This has it in spades. It is only three minutes walk to the bus station, 10 minutes to the centre of the old town and about 12 minutes to the Turkish side which is well worth visiting. The kitchen is well resourced for self catering.
This spacious apartment is very close to the centre of Nicosia and just a 2 minute walk from Eleftheria Square. It is well equipped and had everything needed for a self-catering stay. The small balcony has a breakfast bar from where you can sit and watch the world go by. As a regular business traveller to Cyprus I will be using the Sofouli Suites again.
This is a brand new serviced apartment that has been freshly renovated, nicely appointed and is overall quite modern. It is spacious and comfortable. Despite all the issues below, the management/host was mostly helpful and made an effort to work these out.
