This was my second delightful stay at "Art & Wine". It is a charming art and wine-themed hotel that continues to exceed my expectations. It is located in a prime spot near the beach of Larnaca and offers a good blend of comfort, culture, and convenience.
Each room in this boutique hotel is decorated with a specific 19th-century Impressionist artist. My room was dedicated to the works of Camille Pissarro, featuring Giclée reprints of his paintings. I think that this artistic touch adds a layer of sophistication and character to each stay.
I was warmly welcomed to the hotel by the co-owner Mr. Nikos, who assisted me with checking-in and introduced me to the hotel. To my surprise and delight, I was generously upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the city. I think that this thoughtful gesture exemplified the owners' generous hospitality.
During my first visit a few weeks ago, I also had the pleasure of being introduced by Mrs. Tula, the second co-owner of this hotel. Their personal involvement speaks volumes about the care and personal attention that is being invested in this hotel by its owners.
The breakfast was nothing short of impressive – a wide variety of dishes complemented by delicious Greek sweets. It was a perfect way to start each day.
My room was equipped with every possible amenity one could need: From essentials like a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and electric stove to thoughtful touches such as quality toiletries, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is also equipped with a high-quality espresso machine with complimentary fine espresso pods.
The combination of its unique artistic theme, prime location, generous amenities, and attentive service makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Larnaca. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It is a go-to accommodation for me whenever I return to this lovely city of Larnaca.

Second time at White 11. Becoming my go-to in Larnaca. Clean, quiet, LOCATION. You are 90 meters from the Fort, the Old Town, the beach and it's still quiet. Spacious single rooms with great balcony views. Good beds and excellent pillows. Before you read the 'negatives', please remember I'm rating this 10/10. Hot take, controversial: it appears they feed the local strays. IYKYK. Thumbs up from me.

The owner of the property was very nice and helpful from first booking until we left. The 2nd floor apartment is perfect and has everything you could ever need for a self catering holiday including two balconies on off the main bedroom and the other leading off from the main living room with a table and chairs to eat you’re meals whilst enjoying the sea views.
The location could not be better off the beach front and close to the marina, shops , Restaurants and bars.
We had a fantastic week at Themis. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to be self catering. The view was great as the beach was over the road. There is everything you need for a self catering stay. Fully equipped and a good TV channel selection. Roof terrace was a gem. Has views of the sea and the hills. Pool area was an added luxury.
The cottage provides all that you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday. The place is clean, has a nicely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a four-poster-bed and a living-room with bunk beds as well as a large secluded and roofed terrace which serves as a carport, too. The cottage is situated in a quiet, non-touristy-area only a few kilometres from Larnaca. Special thanks to my friendly and helpful host Cristoforos!
