Clean safe beach near good food and shopping near by and near bus routes owner are very friendly and understanding
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Everything is clean, neat and in good shape. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Great bathroom, good location, friendly staff. This was my second stay at this aparthotel and again I was more than pleased.

Certain supermarkets on main street with good choice of fresh food, meat, fresh bread , Wine and what is needed for self catering.
Nice well working stove top and gas oven kitchen for self catering up to 3 person ID say.
A roof top terrace, great for relax in evening breeze with a beer and look across Praia and into the Stars:-)
