The location is great. It is within walking distance of a nice shopping mall and many dining options. It is also very close to the local metro station. The apartment was just the right size and had everything that I needed. The towels seemed fresh. The bathroom was clean.

The staff was always helpful and patient with a non-chinese speaking person like me.
This is a mix between a hotel and furnished apartment. Something I was not familiar with. It's very clean and cleaned daily. High Quality furniture and bed. Good shower and with a kitchen.

It was close to the high speed rail station on the map, but was still a good 5 min walk out in the open without shelter.
Their serviced apartment had some privacy since it is weirdly in a commercial tower with other apartments around and next to offices.
There is a fridge, small stove, kettle, working WiFi, washing machine, but not working tv. Aircon was nice and cool. Plenty of room.

I liked the cleaniness, the efficient polite staff from front of house, the technical team and the house keeping team.
I like, the clean modern decor, the location ,its about 100yds from the entrance of the metro station .It was reasonably quiet despite being right next to Shenzhen's busiest pedestrian street, which is a fun place to experience.
We have stayed in other hotels in Shenzhen and have not found one better. Dongmen Yitang Service Apartment will be our first choice.
We have re- booked and our total stay is 18 days.

A wonderful service apartment hotel with good view of Pangian Finance Tower Building. The staff were really good and always had a smile while helping for booking cab or anything we asked. The location is near Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre so quite idle for visitors and very good location near to Sego Electronics and Huanggang Port for people who want to travel back to Hongkong.We being vegetarian it had limited options but we were happy with the meal
It’s very nice serviced apartment with swimming pool and gym facilities. Staff were friendly and apartment was cleaned up to standard. Breakfast buffet was great too with many options. In general a very happy stay.
