Overall the hotel has good, clean, and large rooms. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to dining. The biggest negative is the 2-in-1 washier in the room. The first one simply didn't work. The hotel staffs were very friendly and replaced it within hours. However the 2-in-1 laundry unit doesn't dry the fabrics well. It's kind of NEVER truly dry. I had to set up chairs on the balcony to air dry my clothing. Luckily I was there in summer with sunny weather. I chose a service apartment over a hotel primarily for self-served laundry, which is likely the case for most. The 2-in-1 laundry machine doesn't really meet what I need. I think the hotel should provide real solution for self-served laundry.

Location is great, no far from Pudong airport (on Shanghai's scale), in an international neighbourhood and also the aparrment is facing the inner courtyard, which makes it quiet.
The AC works well, the shower is good, we liked the bed, and seeing a washing machine in the bathroom was a relief after a few weeks of travelling.
Communication with the place manager was easy, though we never met, and we used Alipay for paying (very convenient).

The hotel service is excellent. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of food, fruits and drinks. The space is comfortable and the service from the staff is commendable, with special attention to the maîtres who were always present and served us with care and attention.
