The location is great, an easy walk from downtown. The apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably well appointed. It was not quite what we expected from the description. But, it was nice and worked out well.
Just a 15-minute walk from Pablo Fierro Museum and 300 yards from Raddatz House, Departamentos Nómades del Lago features accommodations in Puerto Varas, with a garden.

The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location is a short walk from the lake's edge.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
This apart hotel was a nice surprise. The best location in Puerto Montt, close to 3 or 4 good restaurants, close to the statues and close to the costanera. The room was huge for a couple with a beauiful view on the Ocean. Everything was clean and cozy. There is a kitchen and even a closet. The building itself looks a bit art decó, but not sure. In fact, an old, beautiful building in the heart of the city. I recommend it!
