The view from the hotel is really good. Room sizes are good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You also get a cute little kitchen.

Richard was AMAZING. The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

A great Aparthotel with all the facilities and close to the train station. Had a good time in this hotel, everything was good, staffed explained all the details about the hotel and it's surroundings to help us out.
Location is perfect for everything. Bus stop for access to all ski slopes short walk away (take green bus) to either Sunnega or Klein Matterhorn access. Rooms and hotel services great.

Wonderful small boutique style apart hotel, I can't say enough good things about it: very professional and kind staff with spot on recommendations for anything you may need. The apartment had a magnificent view of the Matterhorn and was very large, comfortable, well decorated and outfitted with high end fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really good too with variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and quality cold cuts. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others
Nicely sized, clean apartment with a great view of the Matterhorn right from the balcony. Plenty of room for the kids. Comfortable beds, wardrobes in the bedrooms and everything required for self-catering. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the main train station and cable cars. Restaurants, a convenience store and a cafe for morning treats just nearby.

We were thankful for the free room upgrade that gave us more space for our group of 3. The location of the aparthotel was great and easy to get around within zermatt. Supermarket is within working distance from the Aparthotel.
The breakfast spread was great and we enjoy having those before we kickstart our day.
The checkin process was seemless and easy. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you may need for self catering purposes. It has a nice outside area where you can relax and have a meal or some wine. Very close to many restaurants and shopping areas. I did not ski so im not sure how far you would need to walk to the nearest ski lift, but the Furi lift i would say is fairly far (if youre walking in ski-boots). This apartment was absolutely perfect for my needs. Had a wonderful stay - thank you!
