Great check in experience. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the train station and supermarkets. The room was cozy and well equipped. The coffee and tea station at the lobby was a great bonus too.

Booking was done at the Apart Hotel, but was in advance informed that due to underbooking, my stay was upgraded to the Hilton. This was excellent from the management and I really commend that.
This comment is actually for Hilton Airport Hotel since I was so called "upgraded" from Apart Hotel to HiltoHotelel.
Staff is nice. He tries to speak slowly and clearly to make sure I understand everything.
We booked in Apart hotel but due to low occupancy they upgraded my stay with Hilton premium double room. we had a good stay.
The room was clean.
Room had a 50 inch TV
the actual aparthotel was not being used - refurb or something? - so i was seamlessly booked into the Hilton next door. I clearly got one of the 'back up' rooms for this kind of an occasion, but it was comfortable and clean, all i needed.
firstly you book with them but they are closed and you end up in the Hilton next door.
the only good point is you pay the price of The Apart Hotel not the Hilton rate.
Review is for the Hilton Zürich Airport Hotel - we were re-located due to the current remodeling in the Aparthotel. Shuttle service, check-in and check-out all smooth. The shuttle took only about 6 minutes. Our room was spacy and beds comfortable. we only stayed for a short night, thus no other rating possible
