Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.

The Staff is extremely corteous (as expected in the Swiss Hospitality Industry & Services) and the room was very big and comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay at Central Cadro Panoramica! The hotel apartment is situated in a peaceful area with a stunning view of Lugano Hill. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking special meals. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Location a bit wierd - an upmarket establishment in a downmarket area, but once we found it, it was fine. Glad we had a car though. The actual place was very nice and being able to self-cater is a boon in Switzerland, which is a very expensive country.
Residenza Paradiso di Vacanze is located in Minusio and features a well-maintained garden with a swimming pool. The provided studio comes with a spacious terrace and views of Lake Maggiore.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
This apartment is very well equipped for self-catering. It is spacious and modern with a wonderful view of Lake Lugano from the balcony.
The regular local bus and good supermarkets are within walking distance.
Our hosts Dario and Carolin very kindly picked us up from the train station as our heavy luggage would have made it difficult to carry to the property. Dario also gave us useful tourist advice.
The location was great. It is a studio apartment, so self catering was possible. In addition, given the location, there are many options for great meals. The apartment is nicely furnished -- my wife approved of the decoration :-).
Everything was perfect, as usual. At first we felt we were missing the old style Lugano Dante, but the new one is fine as well. Breakfast is as varied and delicious as it used to be, including grilled vegetables and sausages and home-like bakery. Clean and comfortable, green fresh looking environment, great cocktails. Staff is incredible helpful - a place you always want to return to! Thank you!
