Good stay. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, free parking, nice shower.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The detached home is used as a boarding house

The location is conveniently close to the Toronto Congress Centre (about a 7-minute drive in the morning rush traffic), and there is a free parking space. Air conditioning and free WiFi added to the convenience of the walkout backyard and large sliding door, which let in a lot of natural light during the day. Though dated in decor, the washroom was well-kept and offered a country home-like touch of character.
The location was perfect, central for sightseeing and close to metro.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
It was self catering with a store nearby. The host provided drinks and snacks for us on arrival, she also gave us information about local attractions and nearby facilities.
It was a great location close to everything and Union station. I liked that it’s an apartment hotel so it was good to have the kitchen. I was on the 35th floor and the views were breathtaking even from the bathroom and bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and it was a very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again and the staff were friendly and efficient.
