it is super clean. Absolutely NO MOLD in the bathroom and I find this is hard to find. I have visited the Business Inn 7 times in the last year and all the room I got had absolutely no trace nor smell of mold in the bathroom and no smelly, shower curtain either. Plus, the location is excellent with lots of restaurant short walking distance.

Great place to stay for a weekend. Nice and clean 1-bedroom suite, kitchen appliances all seem new. The hotel is close to the museum and to Rideau Canal.

When I arrived, the room was the same as the picture, very organized and warm. During my stay, the house was always clean and some staff came to clean the house, and made sure it was kept arranged. The appliances were also readily available.
Also, the location is very nice and was not a struggle for the taxi and food delivery services.
In general, I enjoyed my stay, I would also recommend it if anyone needs a stay in Ottawa or I would pick it if I come over to the city again.

A very comfortable apartment, great staff and can’t beat the location! We had a few issues with the heating system being a bit erratic and the staff was quick to help us. Otherwise our stay was fantastic - easy instructions to enter the building and apartment, a small but well stocked kitchen, a comfortable hide a bed, nice decor, and two bathrooms was a definite plus with four adults staying! A wonderful place to stay, would definitely stay again in the future! Many thanks!

The location is great, the facilities (pool and gym are great. The room is super spacious and very well equipped but the decor is rather gloomy, and the room quite dark and dated. It was clean and fully functional but I found it a bit 'old hat'. Its not a grumble but some bright light colours would really change it to a lot more up to date. The kitchen equipment again was fully functional but rather dated. But overall, its a great option for a weekend in the capital on a self catering.
Home-like kitchen is available with all the utensils (even measuring cups!), toaster, kettle, and drip coffee machine.

Good value for the money
Best apartment hotel I've stayed at. Excellent location. Room was very updated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped with anything and everything a guest could possibly need. They even had ear buds and a sound machine in the bedroom. Onsite staff were very helpful and Sonder app worked perfectly. They are very responsive whether over email or through the chat, Excellent customer service.
