The location was good for being nice and quiet but had to take the water ferry across The Split every day which wasn't bad but a little hassle. Enjoyed the food @ El Ben.

Central location— close walk from/to the water taxi terminal. Restaurants, banks, golf cart rental, grocery stores and tour companies nearby. Manager was very hospitable and accommodating. Our friend had a day-long snorkeling tour up to 4:00 p.m. and check out time was 11:00 a.m. They were not so busy and let us keep a room for several extra hours at no charge. Really considerate. 🤩

the front desk ladies were awesome. its a shame they sit in that little office without an air conditioner. if money is the problem let me know and i'll have it delievered. i mean it was hot as hell in their office. borderline criminal. the small ac's are are around $300 belize.. INSTALL AC for them...............i understand the second floor #10 is where i stayed, is for sale? i would like to find out if #10 and #12 are for sale. thanks again for the wonderful stay. see ys soon...

We had a great stay. We liked being away from the center of town. The pool was GREAT. The room had everything we needed. There was a store close. Would definitely stay again. We even made friends with the neighborhood cat!

Beautiful location. View of the sea from our room. A self catering apartment with gas hob and oven, big fridge/freezer and coffee maker. Complementary bicycles to ride into town which was only half a mile to a mile away anyway.
Quiet location with hammocks in a cabana by the water, though not suitable for swimming as mangrove area. Good for watching birds. Comfortable beds. All basic equipment provided for self catering. Lovely deck for breakfast.
Staff very helpful when we had problems with the bikes, needed to leave our luggage early, needed a taxi number etc. Property well cleaned for our arrival. Very helpful to have access to bikes included as the Cabana is a little out of the way. Railings outside to hang clothes on to dry. Hot shower and AC both appreciated. Good self-catering facilities within the property.
Felt safe and secure. Well equipped, especially for self-catering. Nice garden at the back with friendly neighbours. Free use of bikes was a bonus. Typical local timber house with lots of character. Good value.
