The value for money is excellent, and the staff was super kind and friendly. The neighborhood is also fantastic, with plenty of shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, just as shown in the photos. We rented four studios, and although a couple in one of the studios found a few bugs, the other three studios did not have this issue. Otherwise, everything else was superb. Thank you for your hospitality!

Well equipped and comfortable apartment for our family of 5. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do. Plenty of goo restaurants round about, though we were mainly self catering. Sofia is beautiful. We also did day trips to Rila and Plovdiv which we would thoroughly recommend.

This home-like apartment is close to the city center and easy to asscess different attractions. The staff is nice and helpful. The WiFi and TV work well. The room is very comfortable and quite. The kitchen is simple but is useful.
My initial booking was dirty, so in the middle of the night, I booked and checked in at Apart Hotel Roma. Even though it was so late, after midnight, everything was very smooth. I found the place very clean and Luca was very helpful with all the information I needed.
The hotel service was really great.
The hotel staff were really nice, were up to help anytime (24h front desk), and even helped us with printing some documents.
The room was clean, and the room service was active every day.
Brand new Aparthotel ran by a family. The room was spacious and SPOTLESS (I've never seen such a standard even at 5* hotels). Cleverly designed so you have everything you might need - whether you decide to cook or not. There is a separate laundry room and ironing facilities for long stays (we haven't used). It's about 20-25 min walk to the centre, which is not a big deal for us, but since it was raining, we've used taxi quite a bit (was EUR 3-5 at most). Great restaurants nearby and very safe.

Superb location, literally a 1 minute (if that) walk to the main shopping street, coffee shop on the corner next to the apartment building. Apartment is modern, with good WiFi, and all equipment you need for self catering, it’s clean and the host is really nice and very helpful. Highly recommended!!
