Very roomy, well located apartment, particularly if you are headed to the airport for an early flight. Had everything you needed, and appreciate free parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large TV, ironing table, and electric devices. It was well-stocked with soap, cream, and shampoo. The garbage bin was conveniently located outside the room. The bus station was just a few steps away, making transportation easy. The staff at the desk were very polite and attentive. Additionally, the room provided plenty of useful information, including details about nearby restaurants and markets.
Citadines Toison D’or offers rooms and self-catered studios and apartments, next to the Louise Metro Station. The stylish boutiques of Avenue Louise are just around the corner.

The room was perfectly clean and equipped with all the utilities needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Being located near the metro was a huge bonus, making travel around the city a breeze.

Location: Location is very good. As hotel is at city center, you can walk to a lot of locations that you might probably plan to see. In the street of the hotel, there are restaurants, supermarkets, bars and coffee shops. Right in front of it, there is a subway station and in the same place there is a Christmas market.
Value: Price is good for its location but there shouldn't be a top hotel experience.
Room: Rooms are equipped with basic needed tools. There is good amount of storage, chair. There was also a small dishwasher which is good for baby/children. After requesting it, they also brought a crib for the baby to our room.
Facilities: There is none, we needed none.
Staff: There is nothing positive or negative to be said.
Parking: Parking is available as underground parking of hotel. Since we didn't have to think about looking for a parking space or whether it was safe, it was convenient for us. ŞPrice was 20€/day.

Excellent location - walking distance to Brussels Airport. Spotlessly clean, appreciated that it was self-catering, it has all the amenities you need. Check in was easy - very helpful host and hostess.
The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location is good in a quiet neighbourhood. Shops, pharmacy, ATM and eateries close by. It takes a few minutes to or from the airport by bus or Uber. Bus stop is near the hotel. We used the bus into Brussels very often. We didn’t use the train but the train station is close by.Self catering equipment is good, with all the basics we needed. Excellent Wifi. They kept my bags for me in storage after I checked out and I collected them later for my evening flight 🙂
