Big Clean room, Comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Since it was service apartment "NOT HOTEL" so location was hard to find as it’s on 5th floor of a building and no sign can be seen from the street. Does not have a restaurant but lots of options nearby. They need to add options in breakfast, can't eat Bread butter every morning. Overall good for business travelers.
Hotel service was great. Our arrival time was after midnight due to flight schedule. Airport pickup was nice. Airport representative was waiting in arrival hall with placard to receive us. Room was big and clean. Breakfast with 5 options was rich and great. Location is good.
All of the staff, security and management were truly amazing. They were helpful, kind, pleasant and very professional! They made my stay in Dhaka very welcoming! ☺️ The service was possibly the best I have ever received in any country. As a European traveler, the staff are ambassadors for the Bangladeshi people and the country's hotel service!
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Wifi connection was strong and reliable. I only had coffee in the restaurant and it was also good.
