I just got back from Sarajevo where I stayed at Fawlty Towers, and it was a great experience! The whole place has a homey vibe, and I especially liked the wooden staircase. The rooms are spacious with brand new furniture and all the amenities: iron & ironing board, hair dryer. The rooms are even nicer in person than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise.
Fawlty Towers is situated on the quiet Skenderpašina street, which is peaceful and really convenient for exploring the city.
While I didn't need staff for check-in, they were super responsive and helpful when I did have questions and assistance - such as booking an airport cab for me when I was leaving. I would definitely recommend this place.
