Lady at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Apartment building is located inside residential area which is very peaceful and quite. There is small garden / lawn area with a small water fall and fish pond. It is excellent place to stay with family. Very neat , safe and secure.
Apartment hotel is far 3 KM away from city center. There is no near by metro station. But in Baku, Bolt taxi is available with very cheap rates to move around the city.
House keeping staff was doing cleaning / house keeping on daily basis.

We stayed at Park Azure for the second time, and this time everything was TERRIBLE.
Accommodation: We had to change apartments within Park Azure. The first apartment we were given had a broken tap in bathroom. In addition, bed linen contained some strange, disgusting blood stains. I'll attach photos.
Communication: Park Azure representatives lie to your face and cheat with your booking to avoid paying commission in pursuit of a small profit.
Fact 1
I booked accommodation only for myself, forgetting to add my girlfriend. Azure asked for an additional fee of 80 manat ($47) to change the booking. After some negotiations, we kept the price, but this's weird because if you book accommodation through Booking, the cost of booking for 1 and 2 guests will be the same. You can easily check in the app.
Fact 2
A Park Azure representative asked me in a private message to cancel the reservation so that they could avoid paying the service fee. I refused. He continued insisting. For some reason, a one-time "no" was not enough for him. However, I refused again. And it seems that the Park Azure employee accepted my refusal. But it only seemed that way to me...
Fact 3
Park Azure cancelled my booking a week after I checked out. Despite the fact that I made it clear in WhatsApp that I did not agree with this. But for Park Azure employees, your words mean absolutely nothing.
I contacted support service about this situation. At the moment, as far as I can judge, Park Azure representatives deny my stay in the apartment when Booking contact them. I am conducting an investigation through the support service. I have WhatsApp correspondence with two Park Azure representatives from which it is obvious that I lived in the apartment. In addition, there are a number of photos and videos from the apartment.
I’ll also add screenshots from the first and second apartments, which reflect some of the problems.

It is brand new 1 bedroom apartment. Every single peace is brand new and working (stove, freezer, washer...).
Flat is extremely clean. Grocery store is inside the building. Fitness center is inside the building. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We were charged $75, we received discount as we used fitness center for 3 days, not for month. But $75*2 =$150.
3) Rename your place to Sabah Residence and everyone will find it, taxi drivers included.
4) I did not expect Maybach but couple times Bolt told me that Mercedes should come - but it turned to be Toyota or similar. It is nothing to do with your apartment though.
5) Again ,I wrote before and repeated again - taxi problems have nothing to do with your apartment. How more FAIR I can be? You stressed out -that everything is new - but I mentioned it upfront in my review. About the price ...

The apartment is huge, comfortable, new, very clean, nice smeling, equipped with all that is needed for pleasant stay, quite. The owner is very nice and supportive. Area around is also nice and new, big hypermarket Bravo is infront. You have special access to the elevator and front desk as of Aparthotel.
Location and room size are beyond our expectations.

Fantastic location- within a few minutes to old city, promenade walks along Caspian and a nearby mall if you need self catering provisions. Apartment was a very well located crash pad for a city break.
We had a pleasant vacation stay at Gloria Apartment. The location is the best part, it is right in the centre of everything. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around the area. Since we were travelling with a baby, we wanted a serviced apartment. This apartment was perfect! The view from the balcony is amazing, Gloria Jeans coffee shop was in the same building, there is a pharmacy nearby and is nice for an evening stroll. You can never go wrong with this one! Owner is very easy to communicate to, and was quite attentive and helpful.
