This 4-star hotel in Toowoomba is located directly opposite the Empire Theater, 2461 feet from Grand Central Shopping Center and near restaurants, cafes and parks.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The room was well appointed for self catering, comfy bed, great TV with free Foxtel and Chromecast available. It was particularly cold in Toowoomba but the air conditioning was perfect and we were very comfortable in the room.

It was not set up like a motel as expected
It was more like a boarding house with a long corridor

The parking was extremely limited .. only about 6 spots and they were not close to your room
Over all disappointing and ne er to return
This is not a Hotel. It is more akin to an old school boarding house (but with cleaner sheets)
The staff and other patrons I met were all friendly.
Please do not expect it to be like a Hotel, if you do, you may be disappointed.
It is run by a Buddhist organization that assists immigrants to become valued members of the Toowoomba Community.
